

Chronic Illness Support
Chronic Illness Support sessions are a therapeutic space for you to be seen, heard, and held in your navigation of ongoing illness. One of the hardest part about chronic illness is the isolation the accompanies it. Informed by my own experience navigating disease, these sessions are not meant to diagnose, fix, or cure, you- but to instead help you feel supported and resourced so that your experience of and relationship to certain conditions can change. At the core of all these sessions is deep nervous system support that helps create nourishment, resiliency, and peace in one's own body.
These sessions are meant to empower you and help you reclaim your ability to exist harmoniously. Chronic illness can make the entire world feel like battlefield- I am here to help remind you of your innate divinity, gifts, and capabilities. You are not broken- you are navigating an incredibly imbalanced and toxic society and your body, that is made of the same power of mountains and oceans, is relaying important information back to you. Together, we can sift through it, honor it, and help you walk towards a way of existing in the world that feels soft, supportive, and joyous again.

SESSIONS
This space is created for people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, fatigue, dysautonomia, or long-term health challenges who want support that honors both the physical realities of illness and the deeper emotional, spiritual, and ecological layers of their experience. You don’t have to downplay what you’re going through here. Your full, complicated truth belongs.
Our work centers relationship, pacing, and presence. We move slowly and with respect for your body’s thresholds—letting your energy level, symptoms, and nervous system guide the session. Some days may call for stillness; other days for going deep. Everything unfolds at a pace shaped by you and your nervous system.
Chronic illness is an experience that reshapes your life and deserves care, understanding, and companionship. The aim of our time together is not to fix your body but to support you in navigating the real terrain of living inside it—the grief, adaptation, resilience, sensitivity, and wisdom that chronic illness so often carries. Chronic illness can create a sense of separation—from your body, from community, and from the land. Together, we gently rebuild connection to your own inner rhythms, to the cycles of the Earth, and to presence. It is my hope that even the things we cannot change, we can learn to lovingly be with.
If desired, sessions may also include herbal support. This might look like plant allies for nervous system regulation, pain, sleep, hormonal balance, or detoxification, or immune support— herbs are always chosen with care, caution, and attention to any medical conditions or medications. Herbal work is offered as an optional supportive layer, never a requirement.
This work is slow, collaborative, and deeply respectful of who you are—not who you’re expected to be. You deserve support that meets you where you are, honors your lived experience, and helps you feel empowering in the ongoingness of chronic illness. Perhaps, so much so, that you learn to see your sensitivities as your greatest gifts.
A session might include:

Taking an in depth history of your diagnoses and experience within the health care system

Working to repair any harm or untangle any harmful stories acquired from within the current paradigm

Somatic exercises and nervous system regulation practices

Connecting you to accessible resources and tools

Co-regulating with the Earth/ grounding practices

Connecting to your ancestors/ their practices and wisdom

Herbal recommendations

Creative expression: journaling, poetry, drawing etc.

Tools and practices that help you uncover and integrate new awareness

Being heard, honored, and witnessed in a supportive space

Time
Sessions are 60 minutes with the option to meet weekly, biweekly, or as needed. If there is a particular acute issue or if something comes up during a session that requires our energy and attention- multiple sessions can be had within a week. I never want to uncover something with you then leave you alone to navigate it if that isn't what feels best for you.
Setting
Sessions can be held via zoom or phone call, whatever makes you the most comfortable.
Cost
Individual sessions are sliding scale/ pay what you can from $50-$80
Sliding scale is offered effort to create a more accessible matriarchal model of care, as well as trade if the financial cost of care is a barrier. Please send me an email if that is the case. Regardless of your circumstances, you are not alone and I am here to help.
